Over the past several years working with CHEFS we have fine tuned what the culinary world desires. Like most mushroom farmers the desire to grow all sorts of mushroom's is ingrained in us. Over the past 3 years I have grown over 50 species medicinal and culinary mushrooms. All have different properties taste ,texture, shelf life, water content , ect.. fresh mushrooms
